Thai Yoga uses a combination of yoga postures, Thai Acupresures and gentle stretching while palming and thumbing along the body's "sen" (energy lines). 

The main difference between Thai massage and other massages is you are lying on a mat, wearing loose clothing.  It is more similar to 'being stretched out' in a very relaxed way than a massage on the table with the use of oil.


This method relieves muscular tension, increases circulation and restores your body's balance and dispersing energy. It is especially amazing for relief of low back pain and stiffness!
